Description:
Aimed at students who do not necessarily plan to major in English, but who have an interest in becoming informed and intelligent readers and viewers of Shakespeare, this upper- division course introduces students to the plays and poems of Shakespeare and their historical/cultural background. It counts as general upper-division elective credit, not towards the English major.
